Navigating through a too-dense interface can hinder a booking. It was necessary to offer a smooth, fast, and engaging mobile experience.

User journey

The user logs into the application, selects their vehicle and dates, adds the desired options, and then confirms. Each step has been designed to be intuitive and concise, striking a balance between guidance and freedom.

Key moments and decisions

The selection of the vehicle and options is the key moment of customization. The summary page acts as a mental validation of the process: if the user quickly understands what they are getting, they are more likely to finalize their reservation.

Key features

An interface designed from the outset for mobile: lightweight pages, clear options, smooth transitions. The core flow is ultra-limited to avoid distraction, and the experience gives the feeling of a 'Uber-like' service.

User tests and validation

The client validated the journey based on the mockups. The project relied on industry benchmarks (mobility, delivery, quick booking) to anticipate the best UX practices.
